Clown World Fitness: The “Incline Cheese Curl”

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back to Clown World Fitness where we guarantee to show you how to build a body of failure. Today’s exercise is called the Incline Cheese Curl. This exercise is meant to work on the biceps and triceps and should be worked on for 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

In order to perform Cheese Curls correctly, first make sure you’re in an incline position to start things off. Next, ensure that you have either a bag or bowl of cheese curls in front of you to get into position. You will now pick up a cheese curl in each hand and go up, shove the cheese curls in your mouth and repeat the process ten times for a set of 10 repetitions. Do this for three sets of ten with two minute breaks in between sets.

Benefits of performing Incline Cheese Curls include:

  • Smaller, weaker arms
  • bigger stomach
  • low energy
  • decreased testosterone
  • lack of self respect.
